My aim is to make you more aware of your physical and mental patterns so that you can make the changes you want to make, appreciate your body, feel connected and find joy and integrity in the way you move.

The focus can be solely on the physical aspects of yoga, or on how to incorporate yoga in your life off the mat as well.
I have a large box of tools to pick from, with knowledge based on educational psychology, yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, anatomy, movement analysis, as well as dance and acting.
