Private Yoga 

Would you like to practice yoga in the comfort your own home, online or in a studio, at your convenience, with all my attention on you and your needs?

 

Would you like to take your practice to another level?  Are you ready for a change in your life or need help going through a hard time in the safety of a warm and supportive atmosphere?

 

 

My aim is to make you more aware of your physical and mental patterns so that you can make the changes you want to make, appreciate your body, feel connected and find joy and integrity in the way you move.

Book a 1:1 session with me. Together we’ll find what’s most useful for you to focus on, whether that’s alignment, strength, flexibility, grounding, breath, calming the nervous system, finding back home to yourself or your personal growth.

The focus can be solely on the physical aspects of yoga, or on how to incorporate yoga in your life off the mat as well.

I have a large box of tools to pick from, with knowledge based on educational psychology, yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, anatomy, movement analysis, as well as dance and acting.
